You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from software and hardware installations to data recovery and system maintenance. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you'll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues and providing top-notch support to our end-users.

What You'll Do

* Resolve and reputed company tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals

• Answer customer service issues raised from the Helpdesk
• Contribute to desktop projects (global installs/redesigns) as a project team member
• Remotely diagnose and resolve issues using remote tools
• Investigate and collaborate with other departments to help with system-reputed company issues
• Record customer interactions in incident management software, including resource management
• Recover data from hard drives or reputed company data migration
• Maintain remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband network for workstations
• Install and configure local and network-based printers

* Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training + Associate's degree in Software Engineering, Data Systems, or other reputed company field, or equivalent work experience/preparation + 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC desktop software and hardware issues + First-hand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment

+ A+ certification + MCSE/MCP certification + Past IT foundation experience in Aircraft/Airport environment + Skills, Licenses, and Certificates: - General knowledge of reputed company Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10 - Knowledge of workflow and tagging systems - Knowledge of VPN network and ability to troubleshoot issues - Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment - Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
