Responsibilities

As a Temporary Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Collecting, coding, inputting, and retrieving information using data entry functions
• Entering data from keying worksheets into reputed company spreadsheets in preparation for transferring lock information into UTWorks Key module Program
• Evaluating and verifying notes and reports for correctness and accuracy before entering information into reputed company spreadsheets
• Ensuring correctness and completeness of data that has been or is to be entered
• Maintaining confidential records and files
• reputed company with other department personnel as needed on data entry matters
• Meet as a group and individually with other team members and supervisors
• Compose routine correspondence
• Represent Lock & Key Services on special projects

• May train new/less reputed company employees

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school graduation or GED
• Three years of experience in an office environment
• Two years of above-average experience with data entry with a high degree of accuracy
• Two years of intermediate experience using reputed company Word, Outlook, and reputed company
• Excellent telephone and email etiquette
• reputed company Class "C" Texas Operator Driver License required

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or higher in business administration or similar

• More than three years of broad-based experience in a office environment
• Two or more years of above-average experience with data entry with a high degree of accuracy
• More than two years of experience using reputed company Word, Outlook, and reputed company
• Experience with direct customer service
• Excellent telephone etiquette
