Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

Qualifications
