Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant and Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting dispatchers with load booking, tracking, and reputed company calls to ensure our drivers are moving reputed company and effectively.
• Supporting recruiters by screening truck driver candidates, verifying documents, and scheduling follow-reputed company to ensure seamless recruitment workflows.
• Processing applications using platforms like Breezy and Tenstreet to streamline recruitment processes.
• Communicating professionally with drivers, brokers, and team members reputed company phone, text, and email to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintaining accurate records, updating spreadsheets, and managing compliance files in our CRM systems to ensure data reputed company and compliance.
