As a key member of our reputed company team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, routing technicians based reputed company, and fostering a positive team atmosphere with reputed company members of the reputed company team.

Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
• Maintaining our customer database, including accurate documentation of customer information
• Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians
• Routing technicians based reputed company to ensure efficient service delivery
• Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with reputed company members of the reputed company team

Schedule

As a remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll have the flexibility to work from home on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. You'll be required to work in our Chantilly office on Wednesdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Previous call center experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
• The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work independently as well as reputed company a team
• Familiarity with main cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
• Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)

Remote Work Requirements

As a remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll need to provide:

• High-speed internet access
• A quiet workspace with minimal background noise
