Job Summary
As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide product information and demonstrations to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
