Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, disconnect/reconnect, payment arrangements, budget billings, making payments, processing trouble and outage orders, move-in/out services, and assisting with My Account (online accounts)
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Working collaboratively with reputed company to reputed company customer service goals and objectives
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
- Adhering to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and quality standards
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior call center experience
- Great attendance and punctuality
- Excellent computer navigation skills
- Ability to type minimally 35-40 WPM
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Open to working overtime, including long hours, overnight, and weekends
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Adherence to a 20-minute daily break and 1-hour lunch schedule
Technical Requirements:
For remote positions, the minimum internet speed requirements are:
- Broadband internet reputed company (no DSL or dial-up)
- Hard-wired reputed company required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
- Speed test results: 25 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload
Camera Requirements:
Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches).
Work Schedule:
* reputed company: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST (hours may be adjusted)
- Hours of operation (following training): Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST
