Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Banker at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products and identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process
• Proactively identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership with customers
• Adhering to reputed company operational, reputed company, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
• Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
• Cash handling skills
• Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services
