Responsibilities:

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support
• Managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Entering application data accurately and reputed company, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
• Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Experience:

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the reputed company Act, would be an asset.
