Job Summary

We are seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our Group (dental and vision) insurance division in San Antonio, TX, or remotely in Texas. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and achieving established service standards and metrics. Key Responsibilities

* Communicate effectively with policyholders, providers, plan participants, and field partners reputed company phone or written correspondence to answer routine questions, process transactions, or resolve issues.

• Document customer inquiries and reputed company customer data electronically, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist service teams with back-office support functions, contributing to the overall success of the department.

What You Bring

* High school diploma or equivalent.

• 0-2 years of reputed company experience in contact center, customer service, dental office, and/or insurance experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work overtime reputed company required to support business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to assess situations and take initiative.
• Proficient use of computer systems and keyboarding skills.
