About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will be responsible for:
- Building relationships with customers and understanding their needs and goals
- Educating customers on their retirement plans and responding to their inquiries
- Providing financial advice and mentorship to help customers reputed company their retirement goals
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

* College Degree: Bachelor's degree or higher in a reputed company field, or 3+ years of customer service experience
