The Role
As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist - Weekend, you'll be the frontline of arenaflex, ensuring our partner's customers receive top-notch support and assistance. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries reputed company email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and solutions to customers' concerns and issues, and collaborating with other team members to resolve reputed company customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.

- Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and appointment setting.
