Job Summary
As a Customer Solutions Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company phone, live chat, and email. You'll use your critical thinking skills to analyze customer situations, investigate problems, and provide strategic solutions that meet their needs. You'll also work collaboratively with other departments to support both the customer and the company.

Physical Demands
* Work is performed while sitting and/or standing for at least 8 hours each day

- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations while using a personal computer
