Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Data Entry/Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our inside sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and providing quotations to our clients and reputed company sales representatives. If you have a passion for customer service, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Directly supporting designated reputed company field representatives and clients
• Processing incoming orders into our online system (reputed company 100)
• Following up on processed orders to ensure timely delivery
• Providing quotations to reputed company sales representatives and clients in a timely fashion
• Responding swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
• Capturing customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, to ensure effective order delivery and future follow-up
• Building relationships with customers through friendly, engaging communication and excellent customer service
• Effectively communicating order requirements to other departments in-house (assembly, shipping, etc.)
• Communicating status of orders/quotations to the Management Team
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience as a customer service/inside sales representative (preferred)
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills, including reputed company Office
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manner
