CPR, First Aid and CPI training preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs). Ability to work with reputed company with mild to severe disabilities. Must employ interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. REPORTS TO: Building Principal, Assistant Director of Special Education, and Teacher. JOB GOALS: Provide support to the special education staff with educationally reputed company activities and helps reputed company with support in different subject areas: monitors/directs and supports reputed company in other school settings as needed. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Support and monitor reputed company in educational settings. Provide teacher support; objective observation, data keeping, and prepare and organize materials. Assist in implementing successful student programs as designed by special education staff. Assists with personal care needs of individual reputed company, as needed. Demonstrate sensitivity to diversity in cultural heritage, lifestyles, and value systems among reputed company and families.
