Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative III, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across various industries. You'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service and/or call center experience
  • Ability to work 15-20 hours a week, with some clients requiring weekend shifts
  • Quiet, distraction-free work environment
  • Dual-core 2.9 Ghz or reputed company laptop or desktop with 4GB or RAM (reputed company-in-one computers not allowed)
  • USB headset with microphone (required for certification training)
