Responsibilities

As a sales leader at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Directing the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and reputed company objectives
  • Leading and managing the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members
  • Directing the sales performance in specified regions
  • Identifying, hiring, retaining, and developing talent through proactive performance management
  • Developing strategies for launching new accounts and greater penetration in existing accounts
  • Establishing effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of sales
  • Leading difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects
