Reporting into our Senior Manager, People Operations, this role is pivotal in enhancing our onboarding and offboarding experiences, as well as spearheading initiatives to reputed company systems and data for the optimization of People Team operations. - Spearhead initiatives to automate and optimize HR processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the People Team.
