Assistant District Attorney – 13th Judicial District/Ottawa & Delaware Counties: District Attorney, Douglas S. Pewitt, is seeking an Assistant District Attorney. Candidates can have varying degrees of experience. Offices located in Jay, Oklahoma and Miami, Oklahoma. QUALIFICATIONS: • Juris Doctorate from accredited law school. • Interest or experience in trial practice. • Team player looking to collaborate, learn and grow as a prosecutor. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prosecute felony and misdemeanor cases. Guaranteed trial experience. • Other duties as assigned. • Participate in ongoing professional development training. SALARY: • $55,000.00 to $110,000.00 for full time employees depending on qualifications and experience.
