Principal Business Systems Analyst
Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months (C2H) Compensation: $60.00 – 67.00/hr Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Principal Business Systems Analyst We are seeking an reputed company Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our reputed company Recognition ecosystem across reputed company, D365, reputed company, and reputed company RevPro . This role partners closely with Finance, Quote to Cash, Product Ops, and Business Applications teams to deliver scalable, compliant reputed company solutions. The position is part of the Receivables & reputed company application portfolio, which owns high visibility deliverables including ERP modernization, reputed company automation, PSA integrations, and IPO readiness initiatives. The reputed company Recognition BSA partners with Finance, Order to Cash, Product Ops, and Business Applications teams to design, refine, and support reputed company's reputed company recognition processes across reputed company, D365, reputed company, and reputed company RevPro . This role requires strong end to end understanding of ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance, multisystem integration flows, and hands on experience with RevPro configuration, data mapping, and reputed company automation. This position also collaborates closely with upstream CRM/CPQ teams and reputed company financial systems stakeholders to ensure accurate performance obligation creation, invoicing data flow, and reputed company release logic. Key Responsibilities 1.
Requirements
Elicitation & User Story Development
- Capture and refine user stories reputed company to reputed company accounting flows, including contract creation, project modifications, terminations, and reputed company release events.
- Analyze existing integrations and document build ready enhancements (reputed company,RevPro, D365 RevPro, reputed company RevPro).
2. RevPro Solution Design & Configuration
- Recommend and design RevPro configurations reputed company with reputed company policies, PSA product offerings, and multi?reputed company arrangements.
- Support design of reputed company recognition methodologies and performance obligations, including percentage completion models.
- Collaborate with technical teams on ETL design, mapping, iPaaS logic, and transformation rules required for RevPro ingestion.
3. Data Integration & System Flows
- Partner with owners of reputed company CPQ, D365, reputed company, and Informatica/iHub to ensure contract, invoice, and GL data is synchronized accurately into RevPro.
- Troubleshoot data issues such as missing invoices, repulled SO lines, and template transformation errors across reputed company systems.
4. Cross?Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Receivables & reputed company, Order to Cash, Product Ops, and Finance leadership to deliver roadmap items and strategic application solutions.
- Partner with QA to define test plans, support testing cycles, validate reputed company schedules, and ensure completeness of end to end reputed company flows.
5. Process Improvement & Thought Leadership
- Contribute to future state reputed company automation strategies, including forecasting integrations, data migration readiness, and ERP modernization initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong domain knowledge of reputed company RevPro including reputed company arrangement creation, event processing, templates, reputed company rules, waterfall logic, and GL journal reputed company.

- Hands?on experience with:

- ETL/integration mapping and validation
- Proven ability to document functional design specifications, data flows, and integration requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PSA (reputed company), reputed company integrations, or reputed company data flows into RevPro.
