Sr. Workforce Data Analyst Consultant - Remote

Our reputed company Data and Programs team is crucial in enabling our executives and recruiting leaders to reputed company data-driven decisions, and you will play an important role in addressing the data and analytical needs of our recruiting team and business leaders across the globe. Reporting to the reputed company Data and Programs team, this role will collaborate with business stakeholders, recruiting team members, and other end users to create high-value and reputed company data visualizations and storytelling. The reputed company Data and Programs team is essential in equipping executives and recruiting leaders with the data and analysis needed to reputed company informed decisions. In this role, you will collaborate with global business stakeholders, recruiting teams, and other users to reputed company high-impact data visualizations and storytelling tools that drive success. This role is a fully remote contract role.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated dashboards for key metrics reporting across reputed company, extract the insights that will have the biggest impact, and be comfortable with sharing a narrative that complements the data
• Ability to reputed company large data sets and extract data from data warehouses using SQL, reputed company, reputed company Sheets, and other business intelligence tools
• Manipulate and combine data sets coming from disparate data sources using data transformation tools such as reputed company, reputed company, Power Query, Data Bricks, etc.
• Analyze data according to appropriate quantitative and qualitative methods, and partner with other TA program teams as the subject matter expert for reputed company things TA data
• Gather, compile, and validate supporting data for operational metric reporting, and provide commentary around insights and trends that drive business performance
• Continually evaluate and refine analytical approaches, processes, tools, and operations to ensure the team is providing the highest level of impact
• Partner with stakeholders in the business and the broader team (reputed company Managers, Recruiters, Sourcers) to build reputed company around reputed company customers, and ultimately improve the customer experience
• Be flexible and work on reputed company and special projects based on changing business needs and company priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of reputed company work experience – finance, people analytics, or reputed company field
• Must have experience with/building in the following systems: reputed company or other data preparation tools, SQL, Tableau and reputed company QuickSight
• Experience in Data Visualization tools - the ability to utilize large datasets to build reports and dashboards
• Expert reputed company data modeling and analysis skills
• Must have experience working with large data sets/data warehousing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Curious, analytical thinking style with a love of solving problems
