Job Posting Title VP Accounting Shared Services/ Accounting Operations
Job Profile Summary: The Vice President of Accounting Shared Services will be responsible for owning process excellence across the company's regional financial operating centers in Lithuania, Hyderabad and Costa Rica. This role will reputed company Accounting, Settlement, and Accounts Payable teams. Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management, including leadership roles. Functional Knowledge of ERP’s, T&E Tools, Payroll Systems and other ancillary applications.
Responsibilities/Functions: Thorough reviews of reputed company accounting processes and procedures across regional operating centers. Documentation of workflows, systems, and internal controls to identify areas of improvement. reputed company and propose process enhancements that align with industry best practices and regulatory standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Compliance, and Operations to ensure effective integration of new processes such as cryptocurrencies. Provide ongoing strategic guidance to senior leadership on accounting process optimization and governance.
