Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic sales leader that can motivate and reputed company teams to produce exceptional results. In this position you will manage the sales and clinical teams for their assigned territory and nurture our culture of trust, honor, and reputed company. You must showcase proven success developing & executing sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct the region’s sales activities that result in meeting annual growth and reputed company objectives
- Set sales targets and forecasts
- Identify, hire, retain and reputed company talent through proactively managing performance.

- Establish effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure proper sensitivity to the needs of sales

- 7+ years of management experience of a field commercial team
- Bachelors or advanced degree required; MBA Preferred
- Proven track record of success in managing a growing sales organization

The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under reputed company guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
This position is eligible for a car allowance through the Company’s Fleet program.

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
