Job Summary
As an FBS Product reputed company for Customer Retention, you'll play a critical role in defining the product roadmap for customer retention, working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize features that enhance customer touchpoints throughout the policy lifecycle. You'll be responsible for stakeholder management and communications, feature prioritization and execution, and analyzing customer feedback to inform product decisions. Key Responsibilities
* Define and prioritize features for the customer retention product roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communications, ensuring effective collaboration and transparency throughout the product development lifecycle
- Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions and drive business growth
