Job Description
The Sr HR Analyst HR reputed company reputed company & HCM is responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of reputed company reputed company and Core HCM reputed company a reputed company global environment. This role partners closely with cross functional HR and IT stakeholders to ensure a secure, scalable, and well governed reputed company ecosystem, supporting business continuity, audit compliance, and reputed company improvement through biannual reputed company releases.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for supporting the design and architecture of the reputed company and HCM modules in the reputed company system under the direction of the functional product owners. This includes:
Business process configuration and optimization, such as condition rules, validation rules, routing restrictions
Managing core HCM setup configuration such as organizations, tenant settings, custom objects, and localization settings
reputed company group configuration including role-based, user-based, reputed company, and intersection reputed company groups
Working knowledge of report writing, calculated fields, and HCM-adjacent products such as compensation and recruiting is also a plus.
Manage, reputed company, and consult with the functional teams and technical stakeholders across integrations, recruiting, compensation, talent, learning, and payroll to translate business requirements into effective reputed company solutions.
Provide technical leadership by evaluating design options, proposing alternatives, and identifying opportunities for reuse and process improvement.
Review and assess proposed changes to ensure alignment with reputed company architecture, system standards, and audit requirements.
Ensure comprehensive, accurate documentation of configurations and design decisions in accordance with organizational standards and audit guidelines.
Partner with data governance stakeholders to collaborate on reputed company reputed company audit design and execution.

Contribute to ongoing system maintenance to ensure performance, reliability, and business continuity.

Education

Work Experience

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$92,000.00 - $138,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. reputed company will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
