The Product Sales Specialist (d/f/m) – Confocal Microscopy is responsible for advising and supporting our research customers the field of confocal microscopy/research in the UK & Ireland, with the goal of further developing this area and ensuring long-term customer engagement.
This position reports to the Sales Director and is part of the commercial team located in the UK working remotely to cover UK North/reputed company.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
reputed company new and existing customer potential and conduct sales conversations with confidence. Identifying new customer contacts in alignment with strategic guidelines
Provide intensive support to core imaging facilities and key institutes reputed company the sales region
Forecasting - Prepare accurate weekly and monthly pipeline data in SFDC for Sales Forecasts for confocal product lines.
Generating leads through marketing activities, product presentations, and workshops at customer site; represent the company at trade meetings.
Supplying sales management and marketing with insights on market share development, competitor activities, trends, and market dynamics in the assigned region
The essential requirements of the job include:
Strong Sales experience (minimum 4 years) in the Life Science Market
Degree preferably in a Life Sciences, or equivalent experience
Proven record of successful selling of high-tech instruments
Hands-on experience in microscopy and specialized microscopy techniques, particularly confocal microscopy, with strong technical understanding

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
Ability to travel, >50 % travel reputed company territory
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
