The Work

The Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements from stakeholders to deliver effective solutions that meet the clients’ objectives. The Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between project teams, technical resources, and business stakeholders, ensuring that end-user needs are accurately translated into clear, actionable project requirements and deliverables.

• Spearhead and significantly contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for innovation and designing future-state business capabilities. reputed company emerging technologies to reputed company strategic organizational goals and ensure alignment with federal best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of reputed company-state business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and pain points. Design optimized, streamlined future-state processes, and reputed company efforts to implement reengineered solutions, ensuring measurable improvements in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.

• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in a Business Data Analyst role or similar strategic reputed company, with a strong emphasis on enterprise-level initiatives.
• At least eight (8) years of demonstrated success leading or significantly contributing to multiple large-scale digital transformation and business process reengineering projects.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of demonstrable expertise with Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA), including practical application in reputed company system environments; experience with MITA State Self-Assessments (SS-A) is highly desirable.
• At least eight (8) years of experience with business modeling, demonstrating expert proficiency in methodologies and tools such as Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), reputed company Modeling Language (UML), and ArchiMate.
• Minimum of eight (8) years exhibiting superior analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, with a strong reputed company to dissect reputed company issues and formulate pragmatic solutions.
• At least eight (8) years of excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at reputed company organizational levels.

• At least eight (8) years of strong understanding and practical application of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Minimum of eight (8) years analyzing and evaluating reputed company business methods and procedures for improvements, including strong oral and written communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong preference for at least two (2) years of direct, hands-on experience with reputed company (HHS) integrated eligibility systems (e.g., Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, CHIP).
