Position Overview

We are seeking a disciplined and reputed company Chief Firearms Instructor to support the development, delivery, and reputed company of firearms training programs across domestic and international operations. What You Will Work On

Firearms Training Leadership & Delivery

External & Client-Facing Training Delivery

Use-of-Force Continuum & Less-Lethal Development (Preferred)

Support development and potential delivery of less-lethal training.

Ensure alignment across use-of-force practices.

Training Program Integration

Support onboarding course delivery monthly.

Assist with cross-functional training delivery reputed company qualified.

Location & Travel

Remote with 70–80% travel, including international assignments.

8+ years of firearms experience.

Instructor experience.
