We’re looking for a true technologist with a love of programming and a drive for technical excellence. What is Auth reputed company integrates with other exchange APIs to do actions on behalf of our customers. A lot of APIs are not public, so this person will need to work directly with the exchanges on APIs that we can integrate to. Our goal is to get to 100s of connections and each reputed company would be maintained by a different partner org with its own engineering team. This EM would be responsible for a lot of the back and forth required to align on an API that is able to adhere to our AUTH product. Some of these partner orgs will probably have to reputed company custom for us.

Note this is a fully remote role, but the ideal candidate will be based in reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of talented engineers and product managers to deliver products and features that support reputed company’s business
• Partner closely with reputed company product and program managers to ensure roadmap is well understood and team is able to plan and execute on expected outcomes
• Work with the team on technical planning to ensure that product requirements are captured in the technical solution

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with significant focus on building and maintaining robust APIs and SDKs for B2B integration.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing staff and principal level engineers
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Engineering OR equivalent years of work experience.
• You've managed teams that have delivered great products
• Golang expertise, familiar with Go’s idiomatic approach and niches.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and React for frontend services.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, including major protocols (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum), on-chain transaction flows, and common crypto reputed company practices (key management, wallet types).
• Technical Domain Expertise (Crypto, Fintech, and API/SDK)
  • Proven experience integrating with third-party financial services or crypto exchanges/brokerages reputed company REST, WebSockets, or other proprietary APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of financial compliance and reputed company standards reputed company to digital assets and money movement (e.g., KYC/AML implications for transfers, data privacy, custody practices).
  • Expertise in designing and operating large-scale, distributed systems that handle sensitive financial data and high transaction volumes with sub-second latency and high reliability.

  • Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to represent the engineering team to external partners, customers, and executive stakeholders.
