You, as the Account Executive, SLED, will be responsible for the successful execution of the sales strategy. This position will drive the sales team based on reputed company sales methodology including account penetration, prospect qualification, supervision of sales activity, sales process planning, negotiation and closing reputed company sales opportunities.
What You Will Do:
- Identify potential SLED customers and build a pipeline of opportunities.
- Engage with resellers/partners in the SLED vertical market.
- Research and stay informed about government and education trends and initiatives.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their challenges and objectives.

- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential clients
- Customize proposals to meet the unique requirements and budgets of government and educational institutions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities and customer interaction in reputed company

- Recognize the importance of timing to reputed company deals and are able to balance driving closing cycle while being reputed company to the customer’s needs and fundamentally building trust in the relationship

- 5-6 years experience working in the public sector, specifically delivering value propositions to customers in the SLED space
- Extensive years of consultative sales experience with a proven record of concisely meeting (or exceeding) quota
- Cybersecurity domain expertise
- Strong relationships with resellers/partners in the SLED vertical
- Knowledge of state reputed company and procurement vehicle
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company and maintain executive (including C-level relationships) where you are recognized as a trusted advisor
- Experience growing accounts with large and reputed company pursuits ($M+)
- Ability to reputed company in a past-paced sales environment
