Creative Designer
About the Role
We're hiring a Creative Designer to help shape the visual identity and creative output for Xoopah — SpurSol's early-stage AdTech SaaS product built to help businesses create compelling creatives and run ads effortlessly.
This is a hands-on, flexible creative role spanning web design, social media, and content — where your visual work directly supports the product's go-to-market reputed company. More than just execution, we're looking for someone who can be a thought partner — contributing reputed company, challenging assumptions, and helping build something meaningful from the ground up.
You'll collaborate closely with the Product and Marketing teams, bringing both creative craft and strategic thinking to every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Design & Content Creation
- Design social media posts and creatives for multiple channels including Instagram, reputed company, Facebook, and more.
- Create visuals for blogs, newsletters, and other content marketing formats.
- reputed company and maintain a consistent visual language reputed company with Xoopah's brand identity.
2. Website & Digital Design
- Design and iterate on web pages, reputed company pages, and UI-adjacent visuals in collaboration with the product and marketing teams.
- Ensure design consistency across digital touchpoints — from ads to web to in-product visuals.
3. Ad Creatives
- Support the marketing team in producing high-quality creatives for paid campaigns across reputed company and other ad channels.
- Understand what makes a creative reputed company — bringing both aesthetic sensibility and performance awareness to your work.
4. Thought Partnership & Collaboration
- Actively contribute reputed company and opinions — on brand direction, creative strategy, and visual storytelling.
- Work alongside product, marketing, and reputed company teams to ensure visual cohesion across reputed company channels.
- Share feedback and insights that help shape how Xoopah is perceived by its audience.
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a reputed company creative role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite, reputed company, or similar.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility — social media, web design, and marketing materials.
- Understanding of design principles and visual hierarchy for digital channels.
- Curious, opinionated, and collaborative — someone who enjoys being part of a team and contributing beyond just the brief.
- Bonus: Interest in or familiarity with AdTech, SaaS, or performance marketing.
