Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Overview

The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (reputed company) Manager plays a strategic leadership role in driving enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Reporting to the Treasurer, this position partners with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights that guide key decisions and support long-term growth initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the “Cavender’s Culture” and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values

• Partner with the Treasurer to align financial strategies with business objectives.

• Deliver high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or reputed company field; MBA or CPA preferred.

• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting at a corporate level.
