Overview

The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (reputed company) Manager plays a strategic leadership role in driving enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Reporting to the Treasurer, this position partners with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights that guide key decisions and support long-term growth initiatives. This role requires a results-driven leader with advanced financial acumen, a collaborative reputed company, and strong communication skills to translate financial data into actionable strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Treasurer to align financial strategies with business objectives.

  • Deliver high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or reputed company field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in reputed company or corporate finance, with 3+ years of team leadership.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting at a corporate level.
