Mission
The market access director US is accountable for executing, adapting and operationalizing the global market access & reimbursement strategy across the US healthcare system. The role owns US access outcomes including payer and provider engagement, coverage and reimbursement reputed company, physician and referral network activation, translating global strategy into effective US coverage, patient access, and stakeholder alignment.

Strategy execution & US ownership
- Execute the global market access & reimbursement strategy in the US.
- Translate global positioning into US-specific access reputed company.
- Own end-to-end US execution, from CMS strategy to payer implementation.
- Deliver measurable national access outcomes
Coverage, reimbursement & payer access
- reputed company coverage strategy implementation with public and private payers.
- Manage payer policy development, negotiations, and access optimization.
- Drive inpatient and outpatient reimbursement reputed company.
- Monitor and respond to payer policy changes
- Execute US coding strategies.
- Operationalize payment mechanisms and financial flows.
- Support hospitals with economic modeling and reimbursement optimization.
- Resolve coding and funding gaps impacting access.
Evidence, HEOR & value deployment
- Adapt and deploy the global value proposition for US payers.
- Identify US-specific evidence and HEOR requirements.
- Support reputed company and payer-relevant evidence reputed company.
- Ensure value messaging aligns with US payer decision drivers.
Payer, policy & physician / referral engagement
- reputed company CMS and MAC execution, including NCD/LCD tracking and response.
- Manage prior authorization frameworks and operational execution.
- Execute public Affairs actions in alignment with global strategy.
- reputed company physician and KOL engagement and actively structure, educate, and operationalize patient referral reputed company for proton therapy, in alignment with payers, centers, and coverage requirements.
Governance & reporting
- Reports to the global market access reputed company, with dotted line to regional reputed company
- Manage regional consultants and external partners.
- Own regional budget execution and resource allocation.
Travel
- 25% US domestic travel required

- Bachelor's degree in Business or reputed company field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years deep expertise in the US payer and reimbursement environment.
- Strong experience with CMS, MACs, MCOs and prior authorization process.
- Proven track record in operational Market Access execution in the US.
- Experience in oncology, radiotherapy, or high-cost medical technologies.

Compenation and Benefits

Salary: Approx. $154,100 – $200,000 (based on experience, location, and education)
Variable Pay: Profit sharing, time-based compensation, “above & beyond” award, referral rewards
