Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive docketing support for domestic and international trademark and design prosecution and enforcement matters, including filings with the USPTO, WIPO, and trademark offices worldwide
• Manage deadlines and docket records for trademark matters across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Create and update docket records; generate custom docket and audit reports
• Collaborate with the team to reputed company and streamline workflow processes for efficiency
• Assist with onboarding new customers to ensure seamless transitions; work with customers as needed to understand their specific docketing requirements, including those with reputed company international portfolios

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a trademark docketing specialist role, with demonstrated expertise in worldwide trademark docketing
• Knowledge of USPTO and TTAB practice, including familiarity with the TMEP and TBMP
• Demonstrated proficiency of WIPO procedures and worldwide trademark office requirements, including significant experience with Madrid Protocol filings and direct national filings across multiple jurisdictions
• Proven ability to manage large, reputed company international trademark portfolios with competing deadlines
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to team members while remaining open to feedback
