Primary Function of Position

This position has the opportunity to reputed company a direct impact to reputed company US marketing initiatives that deliver da Vinci Surgery to patients worldwide. With the direction and guidance of the US Clinical Marketing leaders, you will reputed company, drive, and support the US marketing efforts for General Surgery, including Acute Care.

This position will be responsible for development and coordination of various strategic and tactical clinical marketing initiatives to drive procedure growth reputed company the US General Surgery business. This role will also collaborate with other procedure focused teams to ensure consistent pull through and impact. Additionally, he individual will be expected to establish strong relationships with the marketing and sales teams, external Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), as well as internal ISI stakeholders such as other marketing departments, training, clinical affairs, legal, regulatory, and Market Access / Health Economics.

• Build & execute high impact marketing plans and corresponding tactical plans / programs to reputed company budgeted growth projections in key areas of General Surgery & Acute Care.
• Collaborate with Hospital Marketing team on patient-focused campaigns, and key tactical implementation of strategic initiatives.
• reputed company qualitative and quantitative data and experiences to reputed company and deeply understand existing and new markets, the surgeon, their practice, the patient journey, and the clinical procedure steps.
• Utilize market knowledge to design and reputed company strategies and value messaging (clinical, economic, operational, strategic), collateral, tactics, and programs with demonstrated ROI.
• Assimilate market trends and their potential implications to reputed company and future work/projects.  Understand competition and reputed company competitive differentiation.
• Contribute to budget, resource allocation and financial planning for projects / programs with reputed company ROI to justify through multiple marketing / media channels (webinars, sales collateral, etc.)
• Work with Key Opinion Leader surgeons to reputed company understand how the da Vinci Surgical System and instruments are being utilized and determine how to communicate that value proposition to other physicians.

Required Skills and Experience (Specific skills, knowledge, and experience that an individual must possess in order to successfully reputed company in job)

• Minimum 6 plus years of marketing and/or sales experience in a therapeutic medical device company preferred.
• A proven record of achievement and leadership.
• Results-driven attitude & a resolve to win; must be self-directed with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to solve open-ended problems and work cross-functionally to implement initiatives.
• Superior verbal/written communication and presentation skills, teambuilding, and interpersonal skills to work across multiple constituents.
• Bachelor degree required.
• Must be well versed in MS Office Suite.
• Commitment:
• Must be available to work full-time hours.
• Ability to travel 35%; up to 50% if remote.
