As a Scrum Master supporting Business Applications, you will partner with cross-functional teams to improve the flow of work and value delivery. Your primary focus will be coaching teams and stakeholders to continuously improve how they collaborate, plan, and deliver results. You will work closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, and leaders to strengthen agile ways of working, help teams remove obstacles, and foster a culture of learning and innovation. What You Will Do

• Coach teams in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and reputed company improvement to strengthen delivery outcomes.
• Help teams reputed company effective ways of planning, collaborating, and inspecting and adapting their work.
• Facilitate key Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.) while encouraging increasing team ownership of these activities.
• Guide teams in identifying improvement opportunities and experimenting with new ways of working.
• Partner with Product Owners to strengthen backlog clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business outcomes.
• Identify impediments to team reputed company and help address them at the team, program, or organizational level.
• Encourage transparency and coach teams to use metrics and feedback to improve predictability and flow.
• Foster strong collaboration among developers, Product Owners, architects, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 3 years' experience
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master or coaching Agile teams.
• Experience implementing Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Experience In leading/coaching teams toward improved collaboration and delivery effectiveness.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
