Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, or chat
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
• Able to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute
• Able to demonstrate reputed company, honesty, and a strong work ethic
• Punctual, with great attendance
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and composure
• Must be able to pass a post-offer/pre-employment background reputed company

Work from Home Requirements:

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:

• High-speed broadband internet that meets our requirements of at least 10 Mbps Upload and 10 Mbps Download (Satellite Internet is NOT supported)
• WIFI connections ONLY

Shift Availability:

We're looking for candidates who can work flexible hours between 10:00am - 8:00pm ET (9:00am - 7:00pm CT)
