Job Summary

As a customer support representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Responsibilities
As a customer support representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Addressing customer questions and concerns on reputed company products and services through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.
- Maintaining punctuality and attendance at reputed company scheduled times.
- Remaining positive and professional in reputed company customer interactions.
- Flexibility to cross-train as requested.
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of customer service or customer support experience.
- 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required.

- Previous remote work from home experience a plus.
- Quick learner and able to work independently.
- Type 35 words per minute accurately.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
- A background reputed company applicable with state and federal laws is required.
Equipment and Software Requirements
To reputed company this role, you'll need:
- A processor: reputed company Core i5 5200 Series or greater.
- Memory: 8GB on Windows 8.1 / 10 64 bits.
- Screen Resolution: 1280x768 or higher, dual monitors required.
- USB headset.
- No Chromebooks, netbooks, or any type of tablet (Must be a laptop or a desktop).
- Up-to-date antivirus software must be installed on the platform and a recent reputed company completed.
- Firewall must be enabled.
Work Environment and Schedule
As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our support team operates on a rotating schedule, with shifts between 6:00am-11:00pm (CST). You'll be required to work 8 or 10 hour shifts, with some set schedule options available. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in our reputed company program, which typically lasts 2 weeks.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Starting pay: $13-$14 pending shift/hours, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & weekends) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance.
- Stay put bonus of $150 after 30 days and $150 after 60 days as long as in good standing.
- Benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, available to full-time employees after 60 days.
