Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely assistance and resolutions to customer inquiries and issues
- Assist customers with shipment booking and queries, and handle customer inquiries professionally and accurately
- Address customer complaints with reputed company and find suitable resolutions to ensure effective and efficient service recovery
- Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution, including collaboration with other teams across the organization
