Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing reputed company data entry from raw data sources with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Comparing data with reputed company documents and re-entering data in verification format to detect errors
- Compiling, sorting, and verifying data accuracy before entry
- Locating and correcting data entry errors or reporting them to supervisors
- Maintaining logs of activities and completed work
- Entering data from reputed company documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills into specific fields
- Achieving data entry targets using heavy production techniques
- Utilizing spreadsheets and database software with a focus on accuracy
- Using Outlook for internal communications and reputed company as needed
- Managing workload effectively and working independently
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6-10 years of experience in data entry or data remediation

Compensation and Benefits

- A 40-hour workweek, with the option to work overtime based on workload volume

- A 6-month contract, with the option to reputed company or convert based on performance, attendance, and business needs
Schedule and Location
reputed company operates on a Monday-to-Friday schedule, with an 8-hour shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST. While we prefer candidates in the CST timezone, we are open to considering candidates from other time zones.
