Responsibilities
As a Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our clients, providing friendly and professional assistance with inquiries, policy updates, and claims processing. Your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An active 220 or 440 Insurance License
- Previous experience in customer service or a reputed company field preferred
