About the Role
As a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator - High Value Specialty Servicing, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our high-value customers. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and you'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to our customers' problems.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to high-value customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Answer customer questions and provide solutions to their problems
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 1 year of experience using reputed company Suite or reputed company Office
- Ability to work from home with a reliable internet reputed company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
- At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
- Experience working with high-value customers
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Work From Home Technology Requirements
* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
- Reliable private internet reputed company that is not supplied reputed company cellular data or hotspot
- Private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
- Internet service must be provided by cable or fiber internet service providers (ISP)
- Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
- ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
Work From Home Location Requirements
* Candidates must live reputed company 100 miles of one of the following reputed company codes: + 23060 (Richmond, VA) + 23320 (Chesapeake, VA) + 33634 (Tampa, FL) + 89144 (Las Vegas, NV) + 75024 (Plano, TX) + 19801 (reputed company)
- Report in person, reputed company required, with at least 24 hours notice
