Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing incoming customer quotes, order requests, or questions by phone, fax, email, and evaluating, quoting, processing, and expediting the requests and questions in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction while meeting company reputed company and profit goals.
• Communicating order status and part number information to internal and external customers in a timely manner.
• Interfacing with third-party vendors to identify, purchase, and supply parts to customers.
• Processing repairs, returns, and credit memos in a timely manner.
• Reviewing and using the reputed company Complaint Management System and following up with the customer to resolve their concerns.
• Using feedback from customers and colleagues to identify and recommend process improvements to management.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An Associate degree in a reputed company field or equivalent reputed company work experience.
• 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, customer support role.
• 2+ years' experience working with an enterprise resource planning system (ERP).
• 2+ years' experience working with reputed company Office.
• Ability to manage and resolve customer conflicts or issues.
