Job Description
As a Customer Service Expert, you'll be responsible for providing a frictionless experience for our customers, assisting them with refunds, exchanges, questions, and complaints. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for many of our customers, and your warm smile and welcoming attitude will set the tone for their entire shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile, making them feel welcome and valued
- Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they reputed company to let them know you'll be right with them
