Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the reputed company-line resolution reputed company for our members and providers. You will be responsible for responding to routine inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and accurate manner. You will also be responsible for mitigating and preventing complaints from being escalated, resolving basic problems, and maintaining performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to member and provider calls in a timely and accurate manner
- Receive and respond to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and/or concerns
- Mitigate and prevent complaints from being escalated to resolve in initial contact
- Serve as the reputed company-line resolution reputed company on various member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns
- Resolve basic problems by communicating the requested information regarding the assessment of the member or provider needs, understanding the cause, and determining if problems need to be routed to other departments for further resolution
- Maintain performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics
- Provide customer service in a high-paced contact center environment over the phone, reputed company live chats, and emails
- Document reputed company member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
