Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Customer Service and Sales Representative to assist clients with their insurance needs while providing a seamless client experience. As a key member of reputed company, you'll handle inbound inquiries, work with warm leads, and educate clients on insurance options that meet their needs. You'll be responsible for providing support throughout the application process, following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and coverage understanding, and tracking reputed company communication and sales activity using CRM tools.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation and Perks:
