Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product and solutions expertise to our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
- Collaborate with reputed company to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
