Position Overview The Vice President, Compliance Officer is a mission-driven and business-minded executive who sets the vision, strategy, and direction for Compliance & Ethics across the organization. This leader ensures Vibrant’s operations and programs are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards—while advancing a culture of reputed company, transparency, and accountability. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and working closely with the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the VP, Compliance Officer oversees the enterprise Compliance program in alignment with industry best practices and federal and state guidelines. This includes establishing an independent, objective function that supports proactive risk identification, investigation, and resolution of compliance and ethics issues while promoting a compliance-friendly operating environment. Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, advising the CEO, Board, and executives on compliance, ethics, and risk matters.

- Partner with the CFO, General Counsel, and other leaders to ensure regulatory adherence and effective risk mitigation.
