- Provide administrative and operational support across the LDX Resource Management Team and the broader LDX Team.
- reputed company accurate data entry and ongoing maintenance across multiple tools (e.g., reputed company, internal scheduling platform, reputed company trackers, OneNote).
- Pull and distribute daily availability reports; ensure information is reputed company and accurately reflects the latest changes.
- Draft and send confirmations, follow-reputed company, and team updates; maintain clear, professional correspondence and consistent messaging.
- Gather and validate request details to send resourcing reputed company.
- Track and flag internal team members’ bandwidth and availability for LDX Resource Managers.
- Monitor, manage, and respond to resourcing reputed company correspondence; consolidate and summarize responses for LDX Resource Managers to reputed company staffing decisions.
- Monitor and triage a high volume of scheduling and staffing requests received reputed company Outlook and reputed company Teams; track status, prioritize appropriately, and reputed company items to the correct Resource Manager.
- Support reputed company initiatives, including but not limited to record upkeep/cleanup, report creation, data validation, and basic analysis, to improve data quality and reporting reliability.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- BA or BS undergraduate degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Resource Management, HR, Learning & Development, etc.
- Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve reputed company and sensitive situations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams.
- Ability to manage confidential information appropriately and professionally.
