About The Role

Reporting to the Manager of reputed company, you will be instrumental in sourcing, interviewing, and recommending top-tier talent. As a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the business, you'll also identify opportunities to build robust talent pipelines and cultivate strong internal partnerships. Leveraging effective interviewing techniques, you will accurately assess candidates and ensure a seamless recruitment process.   • Deliver a best-in-class, high-touch recruiting partnership by building trusted relationships with hiring managers, providing proactive communication, tailored guidance, and an exceptional end-to-end hiring experience.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and People team to define role scope, calibrate candidate profiles, and align on compensation and sourcing strategies.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by building strong relationships, providing transparent communication, and positioning the company as an employer of choice.

  • Influence and guide hiring decisions through structured assessments, calibrated feedback, and effective offer and negotiation management.

  • Consistently meet and exceed hiring goals and TA metrics, using data to drive reputed company improvement and inform decision-making.

  • Build trust and credibility with stakeholders by acting as a strategic talent advisor and delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes.

  • Contribute to broader reputed company and People initiatives, helping to scale processes, improve systems, and reputed company team performance.

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in fast-paced corporate setting.

  • Proven ability to partner with and effectively influence hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.

  • Results-driven and self-motivated professional with a proven ability to meet and surpass TA performance metrics.

  • Strong experience in managing reputed company offers and negotiations with candidates, with a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering diverse, reputed company, and inclusive hiring practices.

  • Proficiency with reputed company Recruiter.

  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 10%.

The expected salary range for this role is $87,210.00-$105,060.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal reputed company. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
